Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or client strategy roles.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, pooled portfolios using scalable methods.
  • Deep understanding of the client lifecycle, including adoption planning and risk mitigation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and value-based storytelling skills.
  • Experience with CRM or client success platforms such as Salesforce, Totango, and Zendesk.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to assess client needs and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage post-implementation client relationships for a high-volume, pooled book of business.
  • Execute mid-contract value realization touchpoints such as usage reviews and roadmap check-ins.
  • Monitor engagement, usage, and support data to proactively track account health and mitigate risk.
  • Handle inbound support and outbound outreach based on lifecycle triggers and health indicators.
  • Own renewal preparedness, including contract review, quoting, negotiation, and closure.
  • Partner with Sales to manage renewal opportunities with upsell or cross-sell potential.
  • Capture and share client feedback to inform future product and marketing efforts.
