Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or client strategy roles.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, pooled portfolios using scalable methods.
- Deep understanding of the client lifecycle, including adoption planning and risk mitigation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and value-based storytelling skills.
- Experience with CRM or client success platforms such as Salesforce, Totango, and Zendesk.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to assess client needs and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage post-implementation client relationships for a high-volume, pooled book of business.
- Execute mid-contract value realization touchpoints such as usage reviews and roadmap check-ins.
- Monitor engagement, usage, and support data to proactively track account health and mitigate risk.
- Handle inbound support and outbound outreach based on lifecycle triggers and health indicators.
- Own renewal preparedness, including contract review, quoting, negotiation, and closure.
- Partner with Sales to manage renewal opportunities with upsell or cross-sell potential.
- Capture and share client feedback to inform future product and marketing efforts.
