Requirements
- Solid professional experience managing WordPress sites
- Understanding of WordPress best practices for security, performance, maintenance, and content management
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for modifications and troubleshooting
- Understanding of web fundamentals including hosting, domains, SSL, and security concepts
- Ability to independently perform WordPress updates and plugin management
- Proven track record in client services, customer success, or account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Proficiency with collaboration tools like Gmail, Slack, and Asana
- Experience with ticketing and project management systems
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service experiences by managing and triaging client requests from start to finish
- Perform simple WordPress maintenance tasks (updates, plugins, hosting) and coordinate complex tasks with the development team
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to identify client needs and scope opportunities
- Serve as primary liaison between clients and the development team, translating technical concepts
- Act as Project Manager on complex engagements, managing logistics, timelines, and scope
- Conduct assessments for PageSpeed, ADA Compliance, and Security
- Collaborate on account expansion and client retention strategies
