Requirements
- 3+ years in a project management, production, or creative operations role.
- Experience managing intake and prioritization across high volumes of creative requests.
- Track record of building or improving project management systems.
- Experience using no-code or AI-assisted tools for building lightweight internal tools or automations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketers, designers, and creative directors.
- Strong proficiency in Notion or comparable project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, async environment.
- Capacity to hold firm positions on scope and deadlines while remaining collaborative.
- Experience managing sprint or project planning across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Own the intake and scoping of creative requests across the company.
- Build and maintain a realistic sprint schedule for the Brand Studio team.
- Remove project blockers and make proactive recommendations when priorities shift.
- Build and improve internal capacity planning tools using AI or no-code solutions.
- Ensure creative briefs are complete before reaching the team.
- Communicate clearly with marketing team members and campaign leads regarding project scope and capacity.
