  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment across marketing and sales.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows to enhance creative and content production.
  • Capability to translate business strategy into market-facing experiences.
  • Ability to travel up to 35 days per year for team and company meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the steward of the OpenSesame brand across visual identity, voice, and creative execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer expectations to ensure brand relevance.
  • Own the editorial calendar and content strategy, developing thought leadership, PR, and marketing content.
  • Lead the creative team of designers, copywriters, and contractors while managing the marketing request queue.
  • Implement AI-enabled tools, workflows, and agents to improve content production efficiency.
  • Partner with the Growth team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, demand generation, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate across Product Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistent brand execution.
