Requirements
- Proven experience in brand management and creative operations.

- Experience leading and developing teams of designers, copywriters, and contractors.
- Strong proficiency in establishing and managing brand governance frameworks.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment across marketing and sales.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows to enhance creative and content production.
- Capability to translate business strategy into market-facing experiences.
- Ability to travel up to 35 days per year for team and company meetings.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the steward of the OpenSesame brand across visual identity, voice, and creative execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer expectations to ensure brand relevance.
- Own the editorial calendar and content strategy, developing thought leadership, PR, and marketing content.
- Lead the creative team of designers, copywriters, and contractors while managing the marketing request queue.
- Implement AI-enabled tools, workflows, and agents to improve content production efficiency.
- Partner with the Growth team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, demand generation, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate across Product Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistent brand execution.
