Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Senior-level expertise in .NET and C# building production web solutions.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production software using provider APIs like Anthropic or Azure OpenAI.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering, structured/JSON outputs, streaming, and cost management.
- Understanding of LLM orchestration patterns, context construction, and retrieval/grounding.
- Strong JavaScript experience.
- Deep MS SQL Server knowledge, including T-SQL and query tuning.
- Experience with background jobs, idempotency, and resilient integration handling.
- Security mindset concerning multi-tenancy and data handling for enterprise services.
- English and Polish language proficiency at B1 level.
Responsibilities
- Enhance runtime services, configuration, caching, telemetry, and background processing for multi-tenant architecture.
- Design and build LLM orchestration and integration layers with pluggable provider connectors and structured output handling.
- Implement AI guardrails including tenant isolation, data minimization, and usage controls for customer production data.
- Develop ETL integration patterns and pipelines between MES and enterprise systems.
- Write testable, performant code and profile queries at production scale.
