Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing and architecting mobile applications.
- Strong preference for experience with declarative UI frameworks like React Native.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, or a track record of learning similar new languages.
- Experience defining technical plans for significant features or system components.
- Ability to write elegant, simple, and extensible code.
- Experience making significant changes within a large, complex codebase.
- Demonstrated ability to own technical projects and growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly team goals, leading engineers through ambiguity.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics on ideation and technical planning.
- Identify and resolve project, process, and technical issues.
- Support team artifact operations, monitoring, and on-call efforts.
- Foster a culture of quality by setting code review and design standards.
- Develop team talent through feedback, guidance, and leading by example.
