Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, SDR Operations, Business Operations, or related process/program management roles.
- Proven experience designing and improving cross-functional go-to-market processes, particularly across lead-to-opportunity workflows.
- Strong understanding of CRM and GTM platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Power BI, and LeanData.
- Ability to translate complex or ambiguous business challenges into structured requirements, process maps, and execution plans.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to identify opportunities, measure performance, and guide decisions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with detailed operational execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working within matrixed organizations and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving Sales, SDR, and Marketing effectiveness by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
- Design, optimize, and document go-to-market processes, including lead management, routing, qualification, handoffs, and pipeline progression.
- Partner with revenue teams and technology stakeholders to identify process gaps, define requirements, and deliver operational improvements.
- Create current-state and future-state workflow documentation to ensure solutions address business outcomes and measurable objectives.
- Support initiatives from concept through implementation by prioritizing opportunities based on revenue impact, data insights, and operational needs.
- Translate strategic priorities into execution plans, timelines, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption.
- Support CRM and system enhancements through workflow design, requirement gathering, testing, deployment preparation, and continuous optimization.
