Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading implementation of enterprise GTM systems, CRM transformations, or large-scale business systems programs.
- Experience with GTM technology such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, customer data platforms, or similar commercial systems.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM processes including lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline management, quoting, customer lifecycle, and reporting.
- Excellent program management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify issues, prioritize improvements, and measure business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable working with senior leadership and translating technical concepts into business language.
- Experience working with system integrators or implementation partners is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex GTM systems programs from discovery through implementation and adoption.
- Partner with GTM Systems, Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Commercial Operations, and IT to define business requirements and implement solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, prioritize workstreams, and drive execution.
- Design scalable operating processes, governance models, data standards, and KPIs.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs while balancing speed and scalability.
- Develop executive-ready updates, recommendations, and decision materials.
