Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering or technical product management.
- Deep interest and knowledge in AI systems, including modern LLMs.
- Track record of translating complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products.
- Strong proficiency in systems thinking, including API design and system architecture.
- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and hypothesis validation.
- Experience working at a fast-paced startup.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy for migrating prompts from six locations onto a unified platform.
- Sequence platform migration work and align engineering, data, and operations teams.
- Manage the technical prioritization queue for chatbot development.
- Track emerging technologies like voicebot and computer use to inform investment decisions.
- Manage the OpenAI relationship and Jerry’s presence in the ChatGPT store.
