Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering or technical product management at a fast-paced startup.
- Demonstrated passion for and understanding of AI systems, specifically modern LLMs.
- Track record of taking complex strategic ideas and converting them into scalable, production-grade products.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities with the ability to discuss API design and architecture.
- Experience with SQL and the ability to use data to validate hypotheses.
- Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and lead through influence.
- Comfortable with prompt engineering workflows.
- Experience working with tech stacks including CRM and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy for migrating prompts from six locations onto a unified platform.
- Sequence roadmap work and align engineering, data, and operations teams on execution plans.
- Manage the technical prioritization queue for the AI chatbot.
- Maintain the current AI platform while driving future architectural decisions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies like voicebots and computer use for future investment.
- Lead the partnership with OpenAI and manage Jerry.ai presence in the ChatGPT store.
