Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Enablement Operations, Sales Operations, Learning Operations, Revenue Operations, Project Management, Program Coordination, or similar operational roles within SaaS or B2B environments.
- Experience supporting onboarding programs, learning initiatives, or enablement functions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven experience documenting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging reporting and data insights to improve operational performance.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Confluence, Gong, Articulate 360, LMS platforms, or similar technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Professional fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or Spanish is considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment and collaborate across multiple time zones.
- Flexibility to occasionally support early morning or evening meetings.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% when required.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational execution of enablement programs, ensuring onboarding initiatives, certifications, recurring programs, and strategic projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
- Manage and optimize enablement technologies, including learning management systems, knowledge repositories, project management platforms, and related tools.
- Design, document, and continuously improve workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures to support scalability and operational consistency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to coordinate enablement initiatives and support organizational readiness.
- Maintain governance of knowledge management systems, ensuring learning content, documentation, and playbooks remain accurate, accessible, and aligned with business priorities.
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide actionable insights into program adoption, certifications, and overall enablement effectiveness.
- Identify and implement process improvements that streamline operations, reduce manual work, and enhance stakeholder experiences.
- Serve as a key operational partner to leadership and enablement teams by providing systems, documentation, and project support.
