Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops systems role.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company environment.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM administration (Salesforce Administrator or HubSpot Administrator certification strongly preferred).
- Proven experience connecting marketing automation, CRM, and revenue intelligence tools (e.g., 6sense, Gong, Outreach, Gainsight).
- Ability to translate abstract business goals into documented, scalable technical configurations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose data discrepancies and present findings to diverse audiences.
- Instinctive troubleshooting capabilities for diagnosing ambiguous issues.
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation in a remote-first environment.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with SQL or data warehouse querying (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Nice to have: Experience with AI-assisted workflow automation or prompt-based tooling.
- Nice to have: Exposure to multi-product or multi-segment GTM motions.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day configuration, user permissions, custom objects, and workflow automation for the core CRM stack.
- Maintain clean data flows between GTM platforms including intent data, conversation intelligence, and sales engagement tools.
- Enforce standards for data quality, deduplication, and field taxonomy to ensure credible reporting and forecasting.
- Triage issues, gather business requirements, and deliver scalable technical solutions for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Evaluate and support implementation of new GTM tech and AI tools that integrate with the existing ecosystem.
