Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales strategy at high-growth B2B SaaS/AI companies.
- Proven experience through the $20M–$100M ARR scaling phase.
- Hands-on builder with a record of personally designing forecasts, routing logic, deal-desk rules, and GTM automations.
- Deep, working fluency in Salesforce and Gong.
- Strong analytical and systems-design instincts.
- Bias toward shipping and finishing projects with a clear definition of done.
- Experience building with AI tooling such as Claude, agents, and LLM-driven workflows.
- Ability to influence change-resistant stakeholders by proving value and driving adoption.
- Experience with CPQ/Salesforce architecture is a plus.
- Familiarity with outbound data infrastructure including enrichment, sequencing, and intent data.
- Experience with enterprise sales motion and complex-deal support.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a high-accuracy forecast and deal engine using Gong and Salesforce data.
- Build a deal desk with pricing guardrails, discount authority, and quote governance.
- Develop territory and quota models including capacity planning and routing logic within Salesforce.
- Architect and productionize GTM AI agents for research, sequencing, and pipeline briefings.
- Create a self-serve executive dashboard for pipeline coverage, conversion, and NRR tracking.
- Manage cross-functional GTM projects including pricing changes and new-segment entry.
- Establish a unified pipeline definition and single source of truth in partnership with Marketing.
