- Experience with designing API, architecture, data models, and business processes
- Proficiency in UML and BPMN
- Experience maintaining living system documentation and team knowledge sharing
- Knowledge of REST and gRPC models
- Experience designing complex, scalable, high-load, and high-availability services
- Hands-on experience launching and developing products from scratch
- Basic knowledge of prioritization frameworks and team management
- Basic SQL skills
- Ability to ensure predictability of delivery by reducing uncertainty through detailed system analysis
- B1 or higher English level for international communication
- Strong communication skills to bridge business and engineering
Responsibilities
- Participate in the product's life cycle from idea to implementation and launch
- Elaborate specifications for integration interactions between products
- Work with Engineering, Design, and other key teams to ensure a unified product development approach
- Create technical documentation, specifications, and service requirements
- Design efficient technical solutions considering business needs with the development team
- Resolve complex production issues
- Manage end-to-end product development requirements
