Requirements
- Successful track record in an Analyst or Business Intelligence related role.
- Experienced practitioner with SQL.
- Comfortable working with large data sets.
- Great data visualisation knowledge (Looker experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts.
- Excellent English communication skills, oral and written.
- Compelling presentation skills, able to distil complex results for colleagues at all levels.
- Independent thinker, working autonomously with curiosity and rigour.
- Passion for continuous learning in a highly-collaborative environment.
- A love or strong desire to work with video games.
Responsibilities
- Work across multiple games to build out live reporting that connects player experiences, team actions, and product outcomes.
- Develop frameworks for measuring and understanding game activity and player experience to guide game teams.
- Engage with game teams to understand player dynamics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Lead projects that inform portfolio-wide action based on data analysis.
- Analyze and understand data pipelines and architecture to transform data-informed decision-making.
