Requirements
- Native-level fluency in English OR native-level fluency in Spanish.
- Prior proven experience in data taxonomy, metadata management, or content classification.
- Strong hands-on experience in data labeling/annotation, data validation, and reviewing high-volume datasets.
- Exceptional analytical skills, sharp attention to detail, and strong pattern recognition.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment under specific framework guidelines.
- Direct experience working with localization workflows or multilingual content systems.
- Knowledge of HR systems, talent acquisition, or job taxonomy structures is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or Google Sheets is preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support daily taxonomy operations by labeling, annotating, and classifying complex job and resume data.
- Standardize job titles and accurately map occupations across core global datasets.
- Review and validate metadata to optimize overall taxonomy quality.
- Perform data cleanup and localization workflows while adhering to data labeling guidelines.
- Process and evaluate high-volume datasets using strong pattern recognition skills.
