Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience working as a standalone manual QA engineer.
- Prior experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Understanding of how language models generate responses and the ability to perform prompt iteration.
- Strong literacy in data and backend schemas for effective bug troubleshooting.
- Ability to work with high agency and minimal direction.
- Fluent and proactive communication skills to maintain tight alignment with the development team.
- Reliable internet connection and laptop for 100% remote work.
Responsibilities
- Validate the AI chat interface to ensure accurate user intent understanding and precise LLM responses.
- Operate as the sole QA engineer, taking full ownership and defining the testing strategy independently.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings to report on application behavior.
- Collaborate directly with developers to troubleshoot data and schema issues.
- Retest fixes and maintain high-quality application performance.
- Create and maintain clear, structured QA documentation and test plans.
