- Own a portfolio of strategic Arionkoder accounts and drive their sustained growth, retention, and expansion
- Build and continuously update a Customer Intelligence Profile (CIP) for each account
- Move accounts through our phases: from early relationship stabilization through to full co-ownership
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Act as the voice of the customer internally
- Work in close alignment with the Account Delivery Manager
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Identify and activate referral opportunities from within your portfolio
- Monitor account health proactively and address risks
- Use and maintain HubSpot for portfolio management, CIP tracking, and reporting
