- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Validate AI-powered chat experiences to ensure correct user intent interpretation and output accuracy.
- Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and documentation.
- Collaborate directly with developers daily to identify issues, troubleshoot bugs, and analyze data schemas.
- Evaluate AI behaviors and refine prompts to improve output quality.
- Identify potential risks, edge cases, and usability concerns to ensure a high-quality product.
- Communicate testing insights and recommendations clearly across technical teams.
