Experience building RESTful APIs, Webhooks and integrating with third-parties.
Experience with Ruby/Ruby on Rails or Object Oriented Programming.
Experience working with Javascript or JS frameworks (React, Vue, AngularJS, Next or similar).
Understanding of CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, as well as CSS preprocessors.
Ability to write tests and understand their value.
Desire to learn and openness to feedback.
Understanding of design patterns and clean code.
Ability to lead projects and mentor other developers.

Design, develop, test, and maintain internal integrations, tools and solutions that enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations and APIs to facilitate efficient and secure data transfer between systems.
Work with business partners to leverage technology and AI to deliver solutions that improve efficiency or customer experience.
Build scalable applications to support the growing needs of the business.
Review pull requests, mentor, and advocate for high-quality code.
Take full ownership and responsibility for building, shipping, testing, deploying and maintaining features.
Scope and plan projects in collaboration with stakeholders and other developers.
Provide input on and own high-level architecture decisions and communicate those decisions.
