Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing revenue roles within developer infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, AI, automation, security, browser technology, or deep technical products.
- Background in business development, enterprise sales, technical sales, solutions engineering, or strategic partnerships.
- Experience in an early-stage or 0-to-1 environment defining products, buyers, and sales motions.
- Strong technical fluency to engage with engineers and technical buyers on architecture, reliability, security, and deployment tradeoffs.
- Proven ability to identify customer pain, build pipeline, run pilots, and convert technical engagements into commercial wins.
- Comfort navigating ambiguous and high-stakes customer conversations.
- Ability to operate effectively without a fully defined sales playbook.
- Clear communication skills and strong relationship-building ability with senior technical and executive stakeholders.
- High agency and execution focus.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Build deep relationships with early customers to understand automation workflows, technical constraints, and security requirements.
- Identify, engage, and develop pipeline with early design partners across AI, developer tools, enterprise automation, and QA.
- Identify customer pain, quantify business value, and create a clear path from discovery to pilot or commercial agreement.
- Translate customer needs into product input for engineering to prioritize capabilities for production use.
- Close LOIs, proofs-of-concept, pilot commitments, and early commercial contracts.
- Support product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and early customer trials.
- Identify partnership opportunities with AI platforms, developer tools, and web infrastructure vendors.
- Run multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles across champions and stakeholders.
- Partner closely with engineering to shape the product roadmap from live customer feedback.
