Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven inside sales experience, preferably in biotechnology or life sciences.
  • Strong understanding of proteomics and biomarker research (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools (preferably Salesforce and HubSpot).
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage net-new prospects through outbound prospecting.
  • Partner with local Territory Account Managers to execute targeted prospecting campaigns.
  • Articulate the benefits of NULISA technology and ARGO HT System to prospects.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and purchasing drivers.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, intent, and application relevance.
  • Convert qualified leads into opportunities for field or downstream sales teams.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
