Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field (preferred).
- Proven inside sales experience, preferably in biotechnology or life sciences.
- Strong understanding of proteomics and biomarker research (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools (preferably Salesforce and HubSpot).
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage net-new prospects through outbound prospecting.
- Partner with local Territory Account Managers to execute targeted prospecting campaigns.
- Articulate the benefits of NULISA technology and ARGO HT System to prospects.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and purchasing drivers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, intent, and application relevance.
- Convert qualified leads into opportunities for field or downstream sales teams.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
