Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Sales Funnel Optimization, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
- Demonstrated experience improving landing page and funnel conversion rates.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of customer psychology and buying behavior.
- Strong proficiency in interpreting analytics and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience using ChatGPT and modern AI productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Experience with GoHighLevel, WordPress, Google Analytics/GA4, Microsoft Clarity, or Hotjar is highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Improve landing page and funnel conversion rates to increase qualified lead generation.
- Analyze customer behavior using heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to reduce drop-off.
- Actively leverage AI for customer journey analysis, funnel strategy, copy optimization, and workflow automation.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize CTAs, form performance, and UX improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Design, and AI Engineering teams to improve business performance.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations and document all experiments and results.
