Job Details

Experience building and deploying production agents using Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar.
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least one AI/automation system in a real business environment.
Hands-on experience with marketing and social tooling (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Klaviyo, SEO tools).
Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tooling (Streak, HubSpot, Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Nav).
Hands-on experience with ops and project tooling (Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Google Workspace).
Proficiency in designing prompts, evaluation frameworks, memory, and tool-use for agentic systems.
Experience or exposure to interiors, architecture, hospitality, marketing, or creative services.
Ability to communicate complex system architectures to founders.
Comfort working in a small, fast-paced business environment.

Design and maintain agentic systems across hospitality design, hospitality strategy, and marketing workflows.
Build and maintain integrations across Gmail, Google Workspace, Streak, Xero, WhatsApp, ArchiCAD, WordPress, and marketing ad platforms.
Architect marketing and content systems, including AI-assisted content production, brand voice infrastructure, and performance reporting pipelines.
Build sales and lead management systems including lead intake, qualification scoring, CRM rhythm management, and automated proposal generation.
Design operational systems for project delivery, such as project workspace generation, cost planning workflows, and RFI management.
Automate bookkeeping tasks including Xero reconciliation, invoice issuance, and debtor follow-up.
Coach team members on using developed systems and stay current with emerging AI tools and frameworks.
