Requirements
- Demonstrable experience shipping functional GTM systems or signal pipelines.
- Ability to build, not just plan, automated outbound systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and coding environments like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Proficiency in managing CRM data, specifically HubSpot.
- Strong technical aptitude for building internal dashboards and bots.
- Bias for action and ability to identify systemic loops rather than individual tasks.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to HQ in Prague.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain agentic outbound stacks that execute multi-step sequences based on real intent.
- Develop signal pipelines from sources like LinkedIn, Apollo, Exa, Gong, Granola, and RFPs.
- Implement account scoring systems and ensure CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
- Build internal tools such as dashboards, Slack bots, and ROI calculators to streamline manual tasks.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to scale GTM operations.
