Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a demonstrated track record of quota attainment
- Experience selling health benefits, digital health, or employee health solutions via employers, brokers, consultants, or health plans
- Existing relationships within the broker, consultant, and health plan communities
- Deep familiarity with the employer benefits buying process and navigating multi-stakeholder procurement
- Strong executive presence and communication skills to build ROI narratives
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management and territory planning
- Disciplined Salesforce hygiene
- High integrity and consultative approach to sales
- Ability to travel for prospect meetings, broker events, and conferences (40-60%)
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle within your territory — from territory planning and prospecting through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close with self-insured employers and health plans
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through direct outreach, broker and consultant partnerships, and industry events
- Forecast accurately against quarterly and annual targets
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards leaders by translating clinical outcomes and health economics data into business cases
- Keep current with the digital health landscape and competitor offerings to articulate Ayble’s value proposition
- Represent Ayble at national and regional conferences to build brand presence and source pipeline
- Collaborate with Client Success, Marketing, and GTM Operations to refine messaging and support smooth handoffs
