Requirements
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and aligning people programs to business strategy.
- Proven track record of driving outcomes in technical or GTM teams.
- Experience supporting an international GTM team.
- Proficiency in analyzing people data and developing solutions and insights.
- Demonstrated experience leading organizations through change and building alignment.
- Ability to identify opportunities to develop and retain top talent.
- Experience leading and managing change initiatives.
- Commitment to embedding DEI principles to deliver equitable programs, practices, and policies.
- Collaborative, co-led approach to business partnerships rooted in trust and empathy.
- Understanding of GTM organization rhythms such as quota cycles, ramp, and pipeline pressure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact people initiatives — including calibrations, compensation reviews, employee surveys, and management development.
- Support the partnership and people strategy and decisions, including organization design, workforce planning, succession/transition planning, skills assessment, and compensation.
- Coach and develop people leaders to build high-performing, high-trust teams.
- Build foundations to ensure high trust, empathy, and psychological safety within our teams.
- Build relationships deep enough to spot problems before they become crises by using people data to surface insights and identify trends.
- Own the experiences that matter most — performance improvement, employee relations, and off-boarding.
