Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required.
  • 10–15+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience supporting organizational effectiveness, change management, leadership coaching, and talent management initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with leaders across dispersed, multi-location organizations.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, compensation processes, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive meaningful organizational outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting organizational requirements.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10–15% within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders and employee groups to understand business objectives, challenges, opportunities, and workforce needs.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational priorities and business goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Coach leaders and managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, policy interpretation, and people-related decisions.
  • Analyze workforce data, metrics, and trends to provide insights and support informed business decisions.
  • Identify current and future talent gaps and collaborate with leaders to develop solutions.
  • Lead change management initiatives, including communication strategies and organizational transformation efforts.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HR teams to implement integrated talent solutions, including performance cycles, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
  • Support effective hiring practices by collaborating with Talent Acquisition teams and ensuring strong selection processes.
