Requirements

  • 8+ years of strategic HR experience, including time as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.
  • 4+ years experience supporting a large commercial, sales, or revenue-generating organization.
  • Proven track record building collaborative partnerships with senior leaders including SVPs, VPs, and Directors.
  • Direct experience supporting sales initiative programs (e.g., incentive/commission plans, onboarding, quota/territory planning).
  • Strong project and change management experience with the ability to drive programs independently.
  • Financial acumen and ability to connect HR strategy to revenue and go-to-market objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time based on business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR Business Partner to commercial leaders, including SVPs, VPs, and Directors.
  • Partner with sales leadership to support sales-focused programs like incentive and commission plan rollouts, sales onboarding, and performance enablement.
  • Lead organizational and workforce planning, including org design, headcount planning, and scaling field and HQ functions.
  • Translate commercial data into insights on retention, engagement, and performance to drive strategic action.
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior HR Business Partners to ensure consistent support across the team.
  • Provide strategic coaching and development feedback to managers and employees proactively and during employee relations issues.
  • Deliver HR updates and presentations to commercial teams requiring strong public speaking skills.
