Requirements
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience working with multiple client groups.
- Extensive experience with corrective and disciplinary action philosophy and practice.
- Mastery of HR compliance, legal requirements, and risk mitigation.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance in multiple states (e.g., NY, CA, PA, MO, FL, NV).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for one-on-one and group settings.
- Proven track record in mentoring and coaching managers and employees.
- Experience supporting HR programs such as career pathing, leveling, learning programs, and calibrations.
- Ability to track projects, manage programs to completion, and collaborate across the business.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable utilizing multiple HR platforms and data.
- Demonstrated ability to convey complex HR/legal concepts in accessible language.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field preferred.
- Professional coaching training or certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support people leaders within an assigned client group with guidance and coaching.
- Drive accountability for performance, reliability, and behavioral standards through corrective action.
- Partner with leaders on improvement memos and coach on best practices for the company's corrective action process.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for employee relations, handling complaints and conflict resolution.
- Interpret company practices and policies to leaders and employees to gain mutual agreement.
- Maintain a positive work environment and coach employees for development.
- Assist the People Partner team with key enterprise-wide HR projects and initiatives.
