Requirements
- 7+ years in retail, CPG, consulting, or enterprise software with exposure to category/commercial planning.
- Functional depth in space planning (planograms, macro/micro space), assortment management, pricing strategy, and promotional mechanics.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with LATAM retail dynamics and key regional market structures.
- Portuguese a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end presales engagements: discovery, demos, PoC/PoV, and RFP responses.
- Deliver tailored demos grounded in LATAM retail context and customer-specific use cases.
- Act as regional SME on space planning, assortment optimization, pricing analytics, and promotional planning.
- Feed LATAM market insights back to Product and contribute to regional presales assets.
- Collaborate with AEs, PS, and partners across the full sales and handoff cycle.
