Requirements
- 3-5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Account Manager in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of system integration using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Experience mapping complex business processes using tools like LucidChart, Miro, or Visio.
- Experience managing high-stakes, multi-phase projects for enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex technical logic.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability and ability to build playbooks in a fast-evolving industry.
- Relentless curiosity and focus on understanding the 'why' behind customer requests.
- Knowledge of LLM prompt engineering, vector databases, or NLP concepts is preferred.
- Technical proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL is a major plus.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical discovery and blueprint phase for new customers, mapping business systems to the AI framework.
- Design and implement data flows between AI agents and client tech stacks, including CRMs, MAPs, APIs, and proprietary databases.
- Fine-tune experiential elements such as visualizations, logic gates, and response triggers.
- Guide stakeholders through the activation journey, translating complex technical hurdles into actionable outcomes.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing of agent behaviors to ensure performance and reliability.
- Advocate for product enhancements by sharing customer feedback with internal Product and Engineering teams.
