Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Presales, or Solution Architecture.
- Hands-on experience owning technical wins in complex enterprise environments.
- Direct experience scoping, selling, or building quote-to-cash, CPQ, and billing solutions.
- Fluency in consumption/usage-based billing models including mediation and rating.
- Understanding of AI-native monetization and architecture.
- Technical proficiency with APIs, integration patterns, data reconciliation, and application architecture.
- Ability to debug integration issues under pressure.
- Experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Value Selling).
- Excellent executive-level communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant enterprise software background.
- Telecom experience is a strong plus (high-volume mediation, rating, usage models).
- Availability to travel within territory as needed.
Responsibilities
- Partner with AEs through enterprise sales cycles to secure technical wins.
- Design defensible QTC architectures covering CPQ, billing, and revenue implications.
- Build and manage proofs of concept as a forward-deployed engineer.
- Architect for AI-driven and usage-based monetization models, including metering, rating, and mediation.
- Deliver tailored, hands-on technical demos using APIs and data integrations.
- Lead technical presentations for executive-level stakeholders to demonstrate business value.
- Protect technical health and drive expansion opportunities within accounts.
- Synthesize and communicate customer and market signals to Product teams.
- Coordinate resources across internal teams and partners for RFPs/RFIs.
