- 3+ years of account management experience, ideally in a high-touch or strategic environment.
- Background in travel or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manage and retain a high-value book of ~200 Evolve listings.
- Build strong, strategic relationships that reduce churn and drive long-term partnership value.
- Act as a performance expert by delivering clear, data-driven insights on property and portfolio performance.
- Provide strategic guidance, support, and growth recommendations to owners.
- Cross-sell Evolve services to increase NPS and LTV.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews to align on goals and insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless owner experience.
- Stay informed on short-term rental industry trends to advise owners on business impacts.
