Google Ads Specialist, Paid Media

Create and continuously optimize lead-generation campaigns, primarily in Paid Search.
Own ad performance and meet KPIs across multiple media channels and budgets.
Troubleshoot performance issues and develop action plans to improve results.
Identify opportunities in partner accounts and implement strategies with the team.
Analyze performance data and recommend strategies using tools inside and outside Google Ads.
Monitor spend and bids daily to keep partner budgets on pace through the end of the month.
Write ad copy tailored to each partner’s goals and priorities.
Work with Partner Success to answer partner questions, communicate strategy updates, and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with SEO, Web, Creative, Sales, and Support teams to address partner needs.
Report campaign effectiveness and ROI, and refine processes based on industry trends and best practices.
