Requirements:
  • Extensive understanding of orthodontic and dental practice operations, including front desk management, treatment coordination, operations, financials, and business strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching or consulting, focusing on guiding mindset shifts, enhancing business operations, and improving sales techniques.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively engage with partners and internal teams, ensuring clarity and prompt responses.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., HighLevel) and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to manage partner relations and maintain organizational efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, ensuring effective follow-up and task completion.
  • Ability to craft actionable solutions tailored to individual partner needs, demonstrating flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with various online tools and platforms, including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and PandaDoc, to facilitate seamless communication and operations.
  • A proactive and committed approach to achieving high standards in all aspects of the role, including coaching, communication, and partner engagement.
  • Proven ability to implement strategies that drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and increase conversion rates within a practice.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead various types of calls including Marketing Strategy Check-Ins, Mindset Coaching, Front Desk Training, TC (Treatment Coordinator) Training, and Business Strategy Check-Ins.
  • Provide comprehensive coaching to partners, guiding them through the intricacies of orthodontic/dental practice, encompassing front desk operations, sales techniques, and mindset adjustments.
  • Deliver actionable solutions and tailored strategies to effectively address partners' needs and challenges.
  • Ensure timely and detailed communication with partners, maintaining a proactive approach, and adhering to a 3-hour response window. Communicate effectively with internal teams to address partner concerns or gain clarity on questions.
  • Manage partner relations utilizing our CRM platform (HighLevel) and maintain organizational efficiency with project management software (ClickUp).
  • Actively participate in Practice Growth Advisor Daily Huddles and utilize various online tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and PandaDoc to facilitate seamless operations.
