Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in financial services, wealth management, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience delivering products that integrate into existing systems and complex workflows.
- Strong track record leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and analytics.
- Experience managing multiple product initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear product strategies and execution plans.
- Comfortable working with AI concepts and applying emerging technologies.
- Strong data fluency, including defining success metrics and analyzing dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Action-oriented mindset with strong ownership and ability to make decisions in ambiguity.
- User-focused approach with a passion for building solutions for advisor and client challenges.
Responsibilities
- Own the Advisor Experience product strategy, roadmap, discovery process, and delivery lifecycle.
- Define and prioritize initiatives across client experience, practice management, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Lead the creation and adoption of AI-powered capabilities to save advisor time and improve decision-making.
- Translate complex business processes into clear product requirements and actionable priorities.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and business intelligence teams to drive successful product delivery.
- Manage product tradeoffs, scope decisions, and execution priorities with speed and judgment.
- Use data and user feedback to continuously improve products and maximize business outcomes.
