Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS, GovTech, or infrastructure management.
- Strong experience translating customer needs and market insights into product strategies and roadmaps.
- Familiarity with GIS technologies, asset management platforms, or public-sector software solutions.
- Understanding of SaaS architectures and modern cloud environments, including .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure.
- Knowledge of web application frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Experience working within Agile environments and utilizing tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across engineering, sales, and executive leadership teams.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the asset management product portfolio.
- Translate customer feedback, market trends, and industry insights into clear product priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to convert requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
- Manage product backlogs and support Agile development processes.
- Partner with customer success and implementation teams to drive product adoption and business outcomes.
- Develop data-driven business cases using analytics and AI-driven insights.
- Support go-to-market activities and represent the product portfolio to internal and external stakeholders.
