Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS, ed tech, or consumer tech environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and direct experience.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end lifecycle of complex products from vision through launch.
  • Experience working in fast-moving, startup-style environments with shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, structure ambiguity, and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Comfort shaping AI-powered experiences and partnering with technical teams.
  • Technical literacy to partner with engineers on complex domains.
  • Experience with bilingual education and/or English language development (preferred).
  • Experience working with supply chain operations and digital platform teams (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision, strategy, and 12–18 month roadmap for Literacy, PreK-5 (CKLA, Caminos, and Language Studio).
  • Define quarterly OKRs and monitor performance metrics to drive customer retention, engagement, and revenue.
  • Partner with Design to create mission-aligned user experiences and manage a prioritized backlog.
  • Collaborate with Curriculum and Supply Chain to translate pedagogical practices into print and digital products.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user needs and market opportunities.
  • Lead product ceremonies and ensure cross-functional alignment on sprint plans and blockers.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and CX to develop positioning and ensure successful go-to-market execution.
