Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical product management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and/or product design.
  • 5+ years managing complex initiatives from strategy through execution using established product management methodologies.
  • Experience defining product metrics, measuring performance, and using insights to improve outcomes.
  • Experience managing all phases of product delivery, from ideation and discovery through launch and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of technical products, digital platforms, and online services.
  • Experience contributing to technology discussions, product strategy, and architecture decisions.
  • Ability to build solutions from the ground up, including problem discovery, customer research, design, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, program management, quality assurance, and business teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams and executives.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create alignment and buy-in around product vision, strategy, and long-term objectives with leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Define, manage, and evolve the product technology roadmap based on customer needs, business priorities, and market opportunities.
  • Own product backlog prioritization, balancing customer experience, technical performance, operational requirements, and competing initiatives.
  • Lead product launches and delivery efforts in partnership with engineering, UX, operations, business development, vendors, and other teams.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver features, manage dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks.
  • Use customer insights, usability research, market analysis, and data to inform product decisions.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and adoption.
