Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles (IT administration, helpdesk, MSP, or internal IT).
- 2+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, IT management, or technical software.
- Strong understanding of endpoint management concepts, device configuration, and IT workflows.
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux administration.
- Experience with automation, scripting, and platform workflows.
- Proven ability to guide products from initial ideas through launch and continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with ability to balance business and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and influence cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product vision for core endpoint management capabilities.
- Own and contribute to product roadmaps by prioritizing initiatives.
- Drive product strategy for foundational capabilities including automations, scripting, policies, agents, and device configuration.
- Partner with engineering, design, and support to define requirements and delivery plans.
- Gather customer and market insights to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Create product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage product execution by monitoring progress, analyzing usage data, and iterating on features.
