Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, services portfolio management, or consulting offer productization.
- Proven track record within enterprise technology or professional services organizations.
- Experience scaling services or consulting offers across multiple products or solution areas.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence without direct reports.
- Strong analytical and operational rigor in defining performance metrics and driving improvements.
- Experience operating in enterprise environments with complex, multi-stakeholder sales motions.
- Expertise in creating modular scoping tools and reusable delivery assets preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise application ecosystems, including ERP, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the global Rimini Consult offer portfolio across all products to ensure coherence and differentiation.
- Define and maintain a unified offer framework, including taxonomy, tiers, and scope boundaries.
- Lead the productization of consulting services into repeatable, outcome-based offers.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure offers are positioned effectively across global markets.
- Establish governance mechanisms for offer intake, prioritization, launch readiness, and performance measurement.
- Drive scalability by reducing bespoke scoping and increasing reuse of standardized delivery modules.
