Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with demonstrated success leading complex products and product teams.
- 1–2+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and developing Product Managers.
- Proven experience owning multiple squads or a significant product area with measurable impact on customers and business performance.
- Strong understanding of modern product operating models, including discovery, experimentation, prioritization, and delivery practices.
- Ability to define, communicate, and execute product strategy in complex or ambiguous environments.
- Strong decision-making skills with a bias toward action and the ability to balance immediate opportunities with long-term goals.
- Experience using A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, analytics, and data-driven insights to guide product decisions.
- Experience leading consumer-facing digital products, particularly native iOS and Android applications.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to influence technical teams, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills with the ability to build high-performing product teams.
- Ability to translate customer feedback and research insights into actionable product requirements and strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a key product area, aligning team priorities with business objectives and customer outcomes.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers by coaching their growth, strengthening product practices, and supporting effective discovery and delivery processes.
- Drive continuous discovery through qualitative research, quantitative analysis, experimentation, and customer insights to ensure teams solve meaningful problems.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and business teams to create alignment and deliver impactful product experiences.
- Establish clear communication frameworks for strategy, priorities, goals, and progress across product teams and senior leadership.
- Own measurable product outcomes, ensuring teams are accountable for performance, customer value, and business impact.
- Champion a strong product operating model by improving processes, identifying opportunities, and raising execution standards across the organization.
- Guide teams through ambiguity by making informed decisions, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term product vision.
- Support the development of consumer-facing mobile products across iOS and Android platforms.
- Promote a culture of empathy, experimentation, continuous improvement, and customer-focused innovation.
