  • 4+ years of experience in global product management or global product marketing roles.
  • Proven track record leading global product launches and commercialization strategies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with global stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market development, and customer-driven innovation.
  • Ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in the molecular diagnostics industry or respiratory testing market is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate competitive landscapes and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to travel frequently, including up to 30% domestic and international travel.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term product vision, portfolio strategy, and growth roadmap for respiratory solutions.
  • Lead business reviews focused on revenue performance, margin optimization, product quality, and technical performance.
  • Develop and implement global product management strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Drive successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, value propositions, positioning, and pricing approaches.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, R&D, operations, medical affairs, and other stakeholders to ensure effective product lifecycle execution.
  • Identify market opportunities by analyzing customer insights, industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regional growth opportunities.
  • Develop disease-area franchise strategies and lead global initiatives to strengthen market differentiation.
  • Establish evidence-based competitive strategies to position products effectively against market alternatives.
  • Support portfolio expansion by identifying opportunities for innovation, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Lead strategic alignment across international teams and influence decision-making at senior leadership levels.
