Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in a high-growth environment.
- 5+ years of increasing managerial experience, leading teams of product managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products.
- Startup and growth-stage experience.
- Strong strategic and execution instincts with a focus on outcomes.
- Exceptional influence and communication skills.
- Strong AI literacy with hands-on experience building or integrating AI/ML systems.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap based on market intelligence, customer feedback, and data insights.
- Set and track OKRs while leading annual product planning, prioritization, and resource optimization.
- Drive commercial performance, including P&L oversight, pricing strategies, budget management, and margin accountability.
- Engage directly with customers through user research and sales support to translate needs into product priorities.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers to foster operational excellence and innovation.
- Oversee the free content team to provide high-quality instructional materials.
