Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting clients in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Experience performing daily account checks and resolving issues affecting account health.
  • Proficiency in setting up new ASINs, creating variations, and troubleshooting the process.
  • Ability to pull and analyze reporting data, such as replenishment reports.
  • Experience managing the client shipment process.
  • Expertise in setting up discounts and promotions in Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Proven experience in case management and working with platform support.
  • Experience with Walmart or Target marketplaces is a plus.
  • Ability to work designated shifts in Philippine time (PH time).
  • Strong internet connection (at least 100mbps).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account managers and marketplace specialists to address and resolve retail-related issues in Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Manage the successful launch of ASINs in various marketplaces, including troubleshooting variations, pricing, and attributes.
  • Serve as the first line of defense against account-related issues.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the team to resolve account challenges.
  • Perform daily account checks and maintain account health.
  • Pull and analyze reporting data, including replenishment reports, and support the shipment process.
  • Set up various types of discounts and promotions in Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Manage case tickets and coordinate with platform support to resolve issues.
