Requirements

  • 2–4 years in a client-facing role.
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, including paid search and paid social.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong communication skills: clear, responsive, and direct.
  • A growth mindset and genuine curiosity about digital marketing.
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio (120-140 accounts) with high organizational standards.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-experts.
  • Multifamily, Senior Living, or Student Housing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 4–8 clients across 100–120 accounts as the primary point of contact and relationship owner.
  • Deliver proactive communication, strategic guidance, and performance reports with clear analysis.
  • Monitor client KPIs, retention, and satisfaction, ensuring a 96%+ retention rate and <6 hour response time.
  • Oversee all digital aspects of client campaigns including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Organic Social, Geofencing, Display, Reputation Management, and Email.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media, Organic, and Tech teams to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Serve as a product expert for Fiona, leading client demos, supporting onboarding, and relaying feedback to the development team.
