Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience within an agency, media, tech, or digital marketing environment.
- Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Ability to evaluate data insights and creative recommendations.
- Ability to translate complex information into compelling, client-ready storytelling.
- Solid understanding of digital media strategy and creative production workflows.
- Knowledge of marketing measurement and performance KPIs.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Direct experience supporting Google/YouTube media or creative programs is preferred.
- Exposure to executive-level stakeholder environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and modern collaboration tools is preferred.
- Experience supporting capability-building or digital transformation programs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned programs, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and high-quality client experience.
- Build strong relationships across client, agency, Google, and internal teams to keep complex, multi-functional programs moving forward.
- Proactively anticipate delivery risks, bottlenecks, or stakeholder concerns and partner on swift solutions.
- Drive the successful execution of program milestones, including stakeholder discovery, data diagnostics, creative recommendations, workshops, and wrap-ups.
- Review client-facing outputs to ensure data insights and creative recommendations are clear, actionable, and grounded in the client’s business goals.
- Apply an understanding of creative effectiveness, digital media performance, and client KPIs to validate team outputs.
- Foster clarity around priorities, responsibilities, and next steps across cross-functional internal and external teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement delivery and share learnings to scale the Creative Readiness program.
- Help clients advance their YouTube maturity by identifying opportunities to improve creative effectiveness and production velocity.
