Requirements
- Two or more years of experience managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub
- Strong understanding of CRM data management, segmentation, and automation best practices
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance analyses within HubSpot
- Experience implementing and managing email marketing and automated customer journeys
- Knowledge of lead management, lifecycle stages, and sales pipeline reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience troubleshooting data quality and CRM process issues
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all customer, company, deal, and custom object records within HubSpot
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the CRM
- Perform ongoing database maintenance, cleansing, and optimization
- Build, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns within HubSpot
- Create and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, customer retention, and sales enablement
- Create and maintain dashboards for marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams
- Develop reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, lead generation, pipeline activity, and revenue attribution
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align HubSpot capabilities with business objectives
