Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub
  • Strong understanding of CRM data management, segmentation, and automation best practices
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance analyses within HubSpot
  • Experience implementing and managing email marketing and automated customer journeys
  • Knowledge of lead management, lifecycle stages, and sales pipeline reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience troubleshooting data quality and CRM process issues
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all customer, company, deal, and custom object records within HubSpot
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the CRM
  • Perform ongoing database maintenance, cleansing, and optimization
  • Build, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns within HubSpot
  • Create and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, customer retention, and sales enablement
  • Create and maintain dashboards for marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams
  • Develop reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, lead generation, pipeline activity, and revenue attribution
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align HubSpot capabilities with business objectives
