Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree required.
- 7+ years of substantive experience providing commercial support and legal advice in an international SaaS corporate environment.
- Highly skilled in supporting technology sales teams.
- Proven experience with SaaS and channel partner programs (MSP, VAR, distribution, SI).
- Commercial mindset with experience working across cross-functional departments.
- Ability to manage risk while understanding business drivers.
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in managing multiple projects across regions and time zones.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented with high multi-task proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Experience with corporate matters for subsidiaries is preferred.
- Knowledge of an additional language is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS, strategic transactions, partner, license, professional services, and data processing agreements.
- Provide and lead legal support for EMEA commercial teams, including transaction and RFP support.
- Assist in handling corporate matters, including product corporate entity support, collections, marketing, and litigation.
- Manage day-to-day legal inquiries in collaboration with internal stakeholders and business units.
- Address ad hoc legal matters as required.
